Computer Class 22 January 2011.
A Happy New Year to Rajiv and all Constitution Hill Computer Pals members and I wish that 2011 will bring us only good things and that we will learn a lot from Rajiv and that we will turn into experts in our own rights!
That said, I have a long list with questions which bother me and I am looking for answers.
No1) Why is application data stored in a hidden files? Is there any reason why it can not been shown all the time?
No 2) How can I retrieve my old Skype name and use both accounts on my computer?
No 3) I have Spybot search and destroy installed. With a new program it ask to refuse or deny certain things and I am not sure what to do!
No 4) I am looking for a free movie download. Can you download a movie directly to the E-Drive?
No 5) Microsoft Office Live Workspace upgraded me to “Windows Live SkyDrive” but I am not sure how it works as I have to sing in all the time!
It also allowed me to download a trail version for 60 day’s of Microsoft Office 2010.
No 6) How to stop Google calendar?
No 7) Some times opening an E-Mail I get the message below. Do not know how to get the associated program to open this message!
No 8) What programs can I delete form Startup program, so the computer has a faster startup?
No 9) When I turnoff the computer, I straightaway turnoff the internet. Although the internet is off, sometimes the computer is updating windows and a message appears not to turnoff the computer etc. How can the computer update when it is not connected to the net?
No 10) How can I use CrossLoop to connect to friends computer?
