To anyone who can help

I have lots of music on ITunes program on my computer and also some on Windows Media. Would like to keep them all together. Thought I knew how to do it but?????? What to do please and how to do it?

Please excuse for missing class!

Here I am in sunny Brisbane with my grandsons Jack 3 and Eddie 1. Hope you are not all melting in Constutution Hill. For once I think I am cooler than you here.
